Sameview will create the account for your client, and also automatically add you to their team in sameview, with the ability to make further updates to their profile.
You and your client will be notified via email once everything is ready (usually same day or within 24 hours).
Your client will also be sent their login instructions, and details of additional support available to help them with using sameview. Sameview provides support via email, phone, chat, and one-on-one via zoom - all at no additional cost.
Everyone can start using sameview straight away!
An NDIS invoice will also be prepared and sent for payment later.
